Yes. From the app, open the booking and tap "Reschedule" or "Cancel" — both are free until 2 hours before the appointment. After that, a small SAR 25 fee applies to cover the technician's travel time.

Yes — Sariea operates 7 days a week including weekends, with same-day slots typically available if you book before 2 PM. Emergency call-outs for plumbing or AC failures are handled within 90 minutes in most Riyadh districts.

You can pay using Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, or cash on completion. Payment is only captured once the work is marked complete and you confirm satisfaction.

If a service is incomplete or doesn't meet our quality standards, you can request a refund directly from the order screen within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Yes. Every vendor goes through identity verification, a Saudi Civil Defense / Ministry-approved license check, a background interview, and a paid trial job rated by real customers before being activated on the platform.

You only need a Saudi mobile number to receive an OTP — no email, no password. Your bookings, addresses and payment methods are tied to that number and synced across the web and mobile apps automatically.

No minimum order. A flat SAR 15 service fee covers the technician's tools, insurance and parts pickup for each visit. This fee is always shown before you confirm.
